Chen Zhang (张晨), Ph.D.
I'm a Principal Scientist at WuXi Biologics in Shanghai. I got my Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2023 at Duke University where I was fortunately advised by Prof. Kevin Welsher. Before that, I got a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Tsinghua University in 2017.
I'm interested in 3D single particle tracking and how this technique can be used to study intracellular events. Besides that, I am broadly interested in microscopic and spectroscopic methods and their applications in living systems.
I have extensive experience in building microscopic systems, designing device control programs with LabVIEW and microscopic data and image analysis using MATLAB. I'm also familiar with JavaScript, Java and Python.
Currently, I'm looking for postdoc positions. If you're hiring, want to collaborate, or just want to chat, feel free to reach out!
